The ICS Board of Trustees and Local Organising Committee would like to invite you to become an Ambassador for the forthcoming ICS Annual Meeting in Maastricht, Netherlands (6th - 9th October 2026) .
This is a prestigious role that is only offered to selected ICS members. ICS Ambassadors will be required to recruit potential participants to attend ICS 2026 by:
- Active sharing and promotion of ICS 2026 via Social Media platforms
- Contacting peers/colleagues/contacts to highlight this event
- Sending promotional materials (supplied by ICS) to relevant institutions (e.g. hospital and university departments)
- Promote event when presenting at other meetings using promotional slides
As a thank you for your efforts, the Board offers Ambassadors discounted registration rates, depending on the number of delegates that sign-up with your name as a reference. As delegates register they will be able to select your name from a drop-down menu.
